Warranty

I offer a warranty on all my guitars. During the period of the warranty I will repair or replace any of my instruments that is damaged due to defects in materials or workmanship.

A one-year warranty is standard with all my instruments. However, a five-year warranty is available at the time of purchase of the instrument for extra cost. If you are interested in an even longer warranty, please contact me to discuss your needs.

Damages due to improper care or to extremes of temperature or humidity are not covered by this warranty. Proper care is the responsibility of the owner.

Parts subject to wear in normal use are not included in this warranty, including strings, saddles, nuts, frets, and tuners. Cases and case covers are not included in this warranty, although they may be under warranty by their manufacturers.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the instrument. In some cases, the warranty can be passed on to new owners. If you are about to sell your instrument, please contact me to discuss this possibility.

I stand behind my work, but players must recognize that the life of their guitar and my ability to honour this warranty are directly related to the kind of care they give their instrument.
